You are in a relationship with everything and everyone and the most important decision you’ll ever make in life is who you choose to be in a relationship with. And the most important thing in a relationship is communication.
The only way to create great communication is to have a safe space to do so. Specifically, we will be speaking about Communication and creating safety in your relationship and the importance of that safe space through authentic character and emotional intelligence rather than reactivity from our trauma and wounds.
