There are many emotions but only two feelings – love and fear. Spiritual transformation and healing depend on which we choose to embrace. Fear can test our resolve but we need to be aware of its many guises. There are also numerous expressions of love. We have to be constantly on our guard to differentiate between these two seminal polarities for the journey ahead. Opening our hearts, choosing love and subordinating fear facilitates moving into a higher vibrational awareness and consciousness.

Participants will be able to appreciate the many expressions of love as well as the power resident in:
Love for and from the Creator.
Love of Self (as in Higher Self.)
Love of another or others.
They will also be able to appreciate the many manifestations, hidden or not, of fear that hamper our spiritual and material progress.

David Cumes, M.D. was born in South Africa and taught at Stanford Medical Center. He is a Western trained surgeon steeped in the allopathic paradigm of medicine and was also initiated as a sangoma (Zulu for shaman.) He practices both disciplines in Santa Barbara. He is the author of seven books; including; Messages from the Ancestors. This and other information (much of it channeled by Mary Ellen Kelley) arose from three genres of spirit guides; African, Druid/Celtic and Hebrew. Their insights expanded his understandings of the original African wisdom that he learned from the sangomas.
